What's my size?


Here's the corresponding number to each size:

  • XS - 4
  • S - 6
  • M - 8
  • L - 10
  • XL - 12

What if the item I want is out of stock?


Some of our styles are available for restock requests. To find out, just send us an e-mail at regimenactive@gmail.com with the following details:

  • style of choice
  • your size
we'll send you back an e-mail if we're restocking this style and when you can expect it




How do I place an order?


On our website, follow these easy steps:

  1. Select the style you want
  2. Choose your size
  3. Select your quantity
  4. Click add to cart
Once you've added everything you need in your cart, select Go to Checkout when you’re ready to pay for your order.




What if my purchase doesn't fit?


We normally accept returns and exchanges for unused purchases within 14 days after the date of order. If the item was bought on sale, returns & exchanges is not accepted. After reading our returns and exchange policy, kindly fill out the form here, so we can process your request.




I am in between sizes, what size should I choose?


For sports bras: we suggest to go a size down to maximize support since our products are made of stretch fabric. For tank tops: our tanks don't come with pads, so you'll still need a sports bra underneath. We suggest you get a size up. For leggings/shorts: For a snug fit, a size down. For a breathable fit, a size up.





Payment Methods

Do you accept credit card payments?


Yes, we accept Credit / Debit Card payments via Gcash and Paypal.




Do you accept Bank Deposits or Online Fund Transfers?


Yes we do. You may select between BDO or BPI.





Shipping

Do you give free shipping?


Yes, we do. With a minimum spend of Php 3,000.00, you automatically get free shipping upon checkout. This applies to nationwide orders in the Philippines




I am an OFW and support local products, do you have international shipping?


Of course! We ship everywhere.




How long should I wait for my orders?


Within Metro Manila 3-4 working days upon payment *same day delivery is an option via Grab/Lalamove Outside Metro Manila
1-2 weeks upon payment International Shipping
2-3 weeks upon payment




How do I track my orders?


Once your item has been picked up from us, we'll be sending you a tracking number with our partnered couriers.





Returns & Exchanges

Do you allow returns and exchanges?


We normally accept returns and exchanges for unused purchases within 14 days after the date of order. If the item was bought on sale, returns & exchanges is not accepted. After reading our returns and exchange policy, kindly fill out the form here, so we can process your request.




Do you issue store credit?


Unfortunately, we don't issue store credit in case the replaced item costs less than your returned/exchanged one.
